Frequently Asked Questions
- My name does not appear on my Certification PDF
To enable your Certificate to be the highest possible quality when printed out, we have used a high-resolution image. Your name is embedded on the top of this image when opened on your computer system, and due to the large image size, this can take some seconds before it is rendered correctly.
- My Authorization number is garbled text or small boxes
Ensure you are using Adobe Reader to view your Certification. Some versions of Preview on MAC OSX are unable to accurately represent the character set required to render the Authorization number.
- I use a MAC, and the Courseware is only available in ".exe" format. What do I do?
The ".exe" file is actually a self-extracting compressed file. This works just fine for PC environments, but MAC cannot handle the file in the same way. We recommend you download the free version of StuffIt Expander. Simply extract the ".exe" file with this program, then open the resulting folder and launch the "index.htm" file within. This will open the presentation in your default Internet Browser.
